Shipping Time

We deliver orders across Pakistan within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary for remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.

  • Pay for your order when it is delivered to your doorstep.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment.
  • Our team may contact you to confirm your order before shipping. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Information

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses to accept the package without a valid reason, the order may be canceled. Repeated unjustified order refusals may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and items so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
